EnColl's
academic and corporate collaborations include a marketing
partnership with major life science products' distributor
as well as discussions underway with pharmaceutical
companies to discover and develop novel biomedical
products. EnColl is also involved in a number of Feasibility
Assessment Agreements conducted with leading pharmaceutical
and medical device manufacturers for the evaluation
of collagen in their products.
Our Expertise
The technical
staff at EnColl - headed by scientists with decades
of experience (and publications) in the Biomaterials
Medical Devices area, is technically qualified to
offer the following consulting services in a timely
and cost effective manner:
- Helping
to identify suitable medical application(s) for
customer's biomaterial.
- Recommending and conducting required pre-clinical tests to evaluate
the safety and efficacy of the biomaterials. This
would include specific bench-top feasibility and
experimental studies.
- Designing
appropriate small animal studies to prove the safety
and efficacy of every indication of intended medical
usage of the given biomaterial.
- Performing
small animal studies following proper regulatory
guidelines.
- Histological and cell-culture activities with required data compilation
and analysis of results.
